The house rules for voxium.dev and Lands of Eurosia, in plain words. By using the website or playing the game you agree to them.

What this covers

voxium.dev is the home of Lands of Eurosia, a game on Roblox made by Voxium. These terms cover the website, the game and our Discord server. The Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards apply on top of them, and in the game they always come first.

Accounts

A website account is free and optional. You sign in with Roblox or Discord and can link the others.
One person, one account. Do not sign in as someone else or link accounts that are not yours.
Keep your Roblox and Discord accounts safe. Whoever can sign in to them can sign in here.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

How to behave

Eurosia is a roleplay world. Conflict between characters is the point. Conflict between people is not.

No harassment, hate, threats or targeting anyone for who they are.
No sexual content, and nothing that is not suitable for a Roblox audience.
Character, faction, division and pet names must be suitable for everyone. Our word guard blocks the worst, but staff can rename or remove anything that slips through.
Do not share anyone's personal information, in the game or anywhere else.
Use the tilde (~) when speaking out of character, so roleplay stays clear.

Fair play

No exploits, cheats, scripts, macros or modified clients.
Found a bug that gives an advantage? Report it to the staff instead of using it. Abusing bugs counts as cheating.
No farming with alt accounts, and no trading in-game items for real money or Robux outside the game.
Do not try to break, overload or get around the website, its sign-in or its staff tools.
The game server has the final word on stats, items, regions and results. If something was gained by a bug or cheat, staff can take it back.

Staff and moderation

Staff can warn, mute, kick, jail and ban players, in the game or from the staff panel on this website. Every staff action is logged with the staff member's name and checked against their rank by the game server. Bans can be temporary or permanent depending on how serious the case is and whether it has happened before. Staff are held to these rules too. Report a staff member who misuses their powers to the owners.

Appeals

Think a punishment was wrong? Join our Discord and open a Ban appeal ticket, or use /ticket. You get a private channel with the staff, and your linked Roblox account is shown to them so you don't have to explain who you are. Can't use Discord? Email [email protected] with your Roblox username instead. Tell us what happened and why you think it was a mistake. A different staff member from the one who acted will look at it. Please appeal once and be patient. Repeating the same appeal does not speed it up.

Patreon and boosting

Supporting us on Patreon or boosting our Discord is a thank-you, not a purchase. It gives badges on the website and roles in Discord. It never gives an advantage in the game, and it never protects anyone from the rules. Patreon's own terms cover payments and refunds.

Names, lore and content

Lands of Eurosia, Voxium, Sorveth and the game's art, code and writing belong to Voxium.
Lore in the Lore Library belongs to the writer named on each archive. It is shown here with their permission and always credited.
Names and text you create in the game, like your character, faction or division names, stay yours, but you let us show them in the game, on the website and in Discord.
You are welcome to make videos, art and fan content about Eurosia. Just do not pretend to be us or use our name to sell things.

The game can change

Eurosia is in active development. Seasons end and some progress resets, balance changes, features come and go, and test data may be cleared before launch. We try to give notice of big changes in the news and on Discord, but sometimes a fix has to happen straight away.

The honest bit

We are a small team doing this for the love of it. We work hard to keep the game and website running and your progress safe, but we cannot promise they will always be online or bug-free, and we are not liable for lost progress or downtime. Lands of Eurosia is an independent game and is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Discord or Patreon.
